- My family lives in the beautiful Sequatchie Valley in Tennessee, near Chattanooga. I lived many years in Phoenix, AZ, so the small town rural atmosphere and presence of four seasons are a welcome change. I am blessed to be married to a (mostly) wonderful man, and we have two children who inspire me, remind me daily of what is really important, and at times, frustrate me beyond belief. Just being with my family is my favorite way to spend time.

Thanks for sharing this beautiful, and much needed blog post. I am going to share it with a someone, who is in much need of this word today.
I read this yesterday and as usual was just overwhelmed by her words. I too have a friend who needed this principle.
